Please help us keep our space pristine by disposing of your event garbage. We provide trash cans, liners, and an on-site (in parking lot) dumpster for easy removal. Thank you for your cooperation!
Your venue rental comes complete with access from 10 AM to 10 PM offering you a full day of possibilities (full day rental). Hourly rental access starts and ends at time of selected rental period (i.e. 10am to 2pm). Please be sure to include set up and breakdown time when selecting time slots. Need more time? Additional hours are available for rent to ensure your event flows seamlessly.
Absolutely! At your disposal, we have a compact commercial kitchenette on-site, ready to cater to your culinary and beverage preferences. Our kitchenette includes a refrigerator and freezer combo, 3 basin sink, counter prep space and microwave.
Should you plan to serve alcohol, we do have some requirements in place. If you're providing alcohol yourself, we kindly request that you obtain day-of insurance for the event. Alternatively, if you've enlisted the services of a professional bartender, we'll need a copy of their insurance policy. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities, and these measures ensure a smooth and secure event experience.
The maximum capacity for our 2,500 sq.ft space is 95 guests seated.
The Party Suite has a large parking lot with ample spaces available. The parking lot is well lit in the evening time as well with automatic timers.
We appreciate your desire to personalize your event. To maintain the integrity of our space, we kindly request that you refrain from using tape on painted surfaces or any form of nails, tacks, push pins, etc., on any surface. Use of these items will be considered damage to the ve per our contract.
Please be mindful that glitter and confetti are not permitted within our venue. Thank you for your understanding, as these guidelines help us ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere for all our guests.
Yes! The Party Suite is operated by two elite event designers. If you would like to arrive to an already designed room please just ask! We can provide you with a quote for your decor desires.
